Trail running mecca with 30 miles of heavily forested trails! My favorite place in Portland! it feels like you're in a different world with big old growth trees, ferns, and moss.

Forest park can be accessed from the NW Cumberland street entrance. Just walk down NW Fairfax Terrace to the first intersection and then walk up the steep set of stairs (King's Heights Stairs) turn Right onto Shenandoah Terrace then slight left onto NW Cumberland and follow this to the trailhead.

One of the easiest ways to access Forest Park and the Wildwood Trail. Wildwood Trail has 33 miles of great running and walking routes, tons of other trails and trailheads also connect to it.
