Don’t let the location fool you, Chef Paul’s is one of the best spots in town! Celebrities like Tyra Banks and Joe Rogan have even raved about them during their time in Fresno. If you want authentic southern food, this is THE spot! Fried green tomatoes, fried okra, fried chicken, Mac n cheese, gumbo, and so much more!

#1 spot in Downtown Fresno. The chicken and waffles are the best I've ever had. Also love the jamabalya, ox tails, mac n cheese, greens, shrimp po boy, and kool aid! Say hello to Eddie or Chef Paul and tell them Jordan sent you!
