It was once unheard of to have a woman behind the parrilla, but that doesn’t matter much to chef and grillmaster Patricia Ramos, who tends to the fire and huge slabs of beef at Nuestro Secreto. One of my favorite restaurants, in the terrace of the Four Seasons Hotel. Great grill (must have the entraña) and homemade ice creams for dessert.

Gran restaurant del Hotel Four Seasons. Para almorzar o cenar, la especialidad es la parrilla. Otra opción en el mismo hotel, para cenar es el restaurant “Elena”. Se recomienda hacer reserva con anticipación. A 10-15 min en Uber/taxi desde el departamento. En la zona de la Recova, cercano a la Parrilla Mirasol.
