My favourite dim sum place. Located at the Cockburn Gateway shopping centre, this place serve varieties of dimsum food items. Love their egg tarts. Make sure to ask for the warm ones. They also have a branch in Northbridge if you happen to go to Perth CBD, but parking can be quite tricky during lunch and dinner time.
