Great fruit and vegetables but even more impressive are the baked goods made on site! Yum!

Avoid the chain supermarkets! Only 5 min away, on the road into towards Windsor, this is THE closest place to go for delicious local fruit, veggies, granola, maple syrup, baked goods (Don loves their date squares, and they make THE BEST cookies, brown bread, and pies.. lemon meringue is my fave, followed closely by coconut cream pie!) Also fresh haddock from Digby on Wednesdays... I will cook for you if you like :), and best of all, the ICE CREAM! In the summer they have a walk up serving booth on the verandah... pick your flavour... of course maple walnut is a staple Canadian favourite, but there are many to choose from! They also have a garden center in the spring/early summer... yes, that is where I get the beautiful plants on the terrace/patio and verandah.. and local craft items.
