This is about a 40 minute drive away, but has one of the best pizzas in Oregon. The candied bacon is to die for and they often have outdoor events during warmer months.

OMG - go here if you can. Super cute shop, check out the huge brick oven (they will show it to you if you ask), the bread is awesome, the pizza is awesome and the cinnamon rolls are YUGE!! They have weird hours so look that up before driving out.
