The second-oldest Victorian conservatory in the country, check out these free, beautiful botanical gardens in Druid Hill Park. The neighborhoods around the conservatory can be a little dicey, but the park and conservatory itself are the gems of the Baltimore park system. It's s a historic conservatory / greenhouse and botanical garden located in Druid Hill Park. This is a great spot for the plant lovers in your life, and it’s also a quick trip from the great Maryland Zoo. I especially like the collection of cactuses and succulents.
