Stop by for a picnic in the shore pine trees and then follow the access trail down to the beach for a long relaxing walk. One of the least visited state parks but worth a stop. Has bathrooms and parking. Free day-use only. Only a five minute walk from the beach house.

day-use park just off of Highway 101 north of Rockaway Beach. Picnic tables are nestled into small cul-de-sacs surrounded by shore pine to provide a break from the wind. Just a short walk down the access trail to the beach.
