It's a magnificent castle with spectacular ornamental grounds and gardens where you'll also find the Irish Agricultural Museum. Check out ‘The Great Famine’ through an exhibition which vividly reveals what life was like before, during and after the famine in Ireland in the mid 19th century.

Irish Agricultural Museum resides here. The castle is soon to be opened to the public (??). The grounds are stunning. Huge lake, wildlife, trees, walks and peacocks.
