A restaurant / gin bar that serves amazing coffee, my coffee. Their ethos is simple, by using artisanal and local products where they can. The interior is quite glamorous, with blue velvet chairs, or there’s a little garden out back. It’s the kind of place where you can have a gin and tonic made from local gin, fine cuisine featuring meat from South London butchers and veggies from nearby farmers. The coffee they serve, Chimney Fire, is mine! Finish your meal with an espresso or espresso martini, made with my Kenyan AA beans. These are classified as the largest beans with minimum defects. They’re medium-roasted to maximize the flavor profile—fruity, acidic, citrus notes.
