Perfect little dog walking spot. Walk towards the Market Place, and from here cross the road and go behind the church in front of you. There’s a pedestrian crossing over the main road, then head right and follow the canal. From here, you’ll get to the swimming pool and there are options for walks. Turn left before reaching the pool to walk across the fields, over a little bridge for a dip in the stream, then follow the paths through the woodland. Alternatively, walk past the swimming pool and go over the bridge over the river. Turn left and join the path which forms the Spa Trail, a walk from Horncastle to Woodhall Spa of about 6.5 miles.
