The closest petrol/diesel station is Circle K, at Slemmestad which is 3.2 km from Vollen. You can also buy basic supplies, such as milk, on Sundays as the shop is open from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. However be aware that supplies bought at fuel stations in Norway are generally much more expensive than if bought in grocery shops or supermarkets.
