영화관, 음식점, 쇼핑몰 등 복합상업시설 쇼핑 점포는 저녁 8시면 대부분 마감 대관람차는 고베의 야경을 감상하기 위한 최적의 장소 하버랜드에 위치한 모자이크 쇼핑센터에서도 대관람차로 유명한 모자이크 가든! 회전목마와 대관람차가 뿜어내는 불빛이 멀리에서도 이곳이 모자이크 가든임을 알려준다. 대관람차를 타고 고베항 전경을 둘러볼 수도 있고, 근처 고베 포트 타워, 해양박물관, 메리켄 파크, 오리엔탈 호텔까지 보이니 쇼핑과 함께 둘러볼 수 있어 좋다. 높이 50m 대관람차에서 고베항뿐만 아니라 멀리 롯코산까지 볼 수 있어 일석이조.

Mosaic stretches along the waterfront and offers a wide selection of restaurants. Many of the eateries overlook the harbor with views of Kobe Port Tower and the Kobe Maritime Museum across the water, which are especially nice in the evenings when they are illuminated.
