When in Georgetown, we can never resist stopping for a treat at Maroon Pig and checking out the unique art. We recommend the “James MacBrownie” aka a butterscotch brownie, aka a crack-square.

Maroon Pig feature's owners Stacey and Richard's home baking - made on sight in their own kitchen and brought out warm to the shop. Our favs include the Mac Brownie, Cinnamon Buns with icing and the Raspberry Squares. Trust us…..it’s all good and get there early - they often sell out!

This is a great local bakery, has home cooked lunch specials and amazing sweets. It is only a few minutes away via biking trail into the town of Georgetown. Leave the driveway take a right on the kayes road until you see a sign that says Confederation trail, take a right follow the path until it brings you into Georgetown
