Hidden East Village gem; feels like stepping into your grandmother's house. Better than Veselka, and more reasonably priced. Plus you can order varenyky (pierogies) from the restaurant and eat them at Sly Fox, the adjoining bar.

If you like Ukrainian food this is a good spot to try - they also have Ballroom Dancing some nights.
