This place serves bun bo (beef noodle salad) but you can order the noodle salad without beef and it is still delicious. A big bow is 50,000 vnd ($2.3). Just make sure that you said to the waitress that you're vegan. (Tôi ăn chay!) - Toi awn chaiii

Located in a must visit in Hanoi tourist street food scene. You can order one thing and it's the best Bun Bo you'll probably get in Vietnam.

VIETNAMESE FOOD Bun Bo Nam Bo is always one of my favorite Vietnamese food. "Bun" is a kind of rice noodle in a myriad of noodle types of Vietnam. "Bo" is Beef (or cow), Nam Bo is the south or southern. (Though there are two "Bo" in this phrase but they do mean totally diffirent since they have diffirent accents and tones-we have six tones in total and with only one word, when you change the tone, it will become another word with another meaning.) Why i like it? Because of its perfect combination between sweet and sour, fat and fresh,... A bowl of bun with some stir-fried beef and some herb as well as a pinch of peanut and a tablespoon of deep fried shallot. And mixed fish sauce, of course!
