Nice food directly overlooking the beach in Lancing. Great spot for a quiet lunch, or if you're that way kiteboarding.

It’s a lovely place to eat a lunch or just have a cup of coffee , at the same time you can enjoy the incredible sea view! The staff is extremely nice and the food is gooood! You can park your car on a public parking nearby ( only £1 for 2h or £4 for 1day )

Amazing cafe/restaurant by the sea, a 50 min walk along the sea front (footpath all the way). They have great vege and vegan options too. The best chips ever! It is more of a place to go for breakfast or lunch during the day as they don’t open late. Sells alcohol. Recommended to book as it can get busy.
