We're biased but we absolutely love Galileo. A Squamish staple, and conveniently located downstairs. The muffins are a must.

Galileo Coffee Company café and roastery is nestled on the shores of Howe Sound in Britannia Beach, BC. Opening in 2005, we are housed in the charming 1905 'Matheson House'. Once the home designated for the manager of the nearby copper mine and his family, our fare is modeled after a traditional Italian style café; with a focus on in-house baking, quick eats and specialty coffee. Customers can enjoy their coffee or tea while watching the waves roll in under the watchful eye of snow capped Mount Sedgwick.
