In 2010, Sante bought Ports of Italy in Boothbay Harbor, Maine and stepped away from the fast-paced New York lifestyle to pursue his new project. Along with his chef Fabrizio Ventricini, serve authentic Italian dishes – focusing on the simplicity of each dish, while surprising guests with all the bold yet perfectly mixed flavors in every bite.
