Absolutely a must go - literally a 1/4 mile from Mojave Ghost but hidden over in the next plateau - bring your own picnic- drive in ! LOVE LOVE LOVE Outdoor music venue unlike no other - seasonal

On a 15 acre Yucca Valley property, Mon Petit Mojave hosts free drive-in concerts as a labor of love to help keep music alive during these trying and socially distant times. As the founders Jacqueline Herrera and Jeremie Levi put it, "Mon Petit Mojave celebrates art, nature and community" and they do this by providing community funded access to the arts in a beautiful natural setting. If you're lucky enough to come during the outdoor concert season, this is a phenomenal activity. It's a spontaneous drive-in concert hosted by a local violinist. Each week he invites different artists to join him. My favorite is when they play gypsy jazz. This concert is completely free but requires reservations. Donations are accepted. Don't forget to pack chairs, cushions, snacks and drinks to take with you. Alternatively, you can order snacks and drinks directly through Mon Petit Mojave's website and they will be available for pickup at the venue.
