Ristorante caratteristico e non turistico dove assaporare la vera tradizione culinaria Romana e di qualità. Oltre i tavoli nella piazzetta attigua a Campo dei Fiori, ci sono tavoli all'interno delle sale inseriti in una cornice storica dove il tour gastronomico si costruisce sul tour archeologico vero e interno al locale. Infatti gli ambienti sono stati ricavati come stratificazione storica sui resti del primo teatro di Pompeo di Roma antica, visibili e visitabili all'interno del ristorante stesso. Esperienza unica da provare!
