This is the only movie theater in Johannesburg where you can see art movies, art movie festivals, Bolshoi Ballet streaming, Exhibitions on Screen documentaries, and Royal Theater productions screenings. Pair that with a fresh popcorn and cold soda and you are set for some great entertain me!

There are two multiplex cinemas. Sterkinekor Cinema Nouveau shows mostly art house movies and occasionally features movie festivals. The Zone features blockbusters and Bollywood movies.

Art and avant garde movies, non-mainstream, classics and music movies, as well as A-list releases. Comfortable chairs, small and personal - not a huge busy and bustling theatre.
