Looking for some umami? What is umami? Simply, "savoriness" in Japanese and the fifth basic taste next to sweet, salty, sour, and bitter. But it's better to experience than explain so drive 9 miles and have a bowl of Tonkatsu Ramen. Let us know how it was!

I've been told by many that this place offers some of the best ramen found in the US and I couldn't agree more! The place has a cool anime/manga theme too!

Excellent ramen. I eat here at least once a month. Afterwards, walk around the corner and get a drink from the Back Door.
