Fishing pier with supplies. Also offers arcade games if you need to find rainy day activities and public (paid?) parking.

There is an arcade here, bar food, and drinks. Not a great arcade but there is a roof top tiki bar to grab a drink which was cool. Also, fishing pier if you're up for that. avalonpier dot com
