Take the trek to the Lower East Side (LES) Pier 35. With its walkways, bike paths and waterfront views it’s perfect on a good weather day. They also recently installed raised metal swings so you get a spectacular view of the water and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

At the end of the pier, you’ll find swings to sit in! For free! A beautiful spot to watch boat traffic on the East River and see the bridges. In summer, the rooftop of nearby Pier 17 hosts live concerts and outdoor movies.
