It’s all about artisan cheese right off a sushi-style conveyor belt at Kaasbar. You’ll find at least 20 different Dutch cheeses, everything from golden wheels of Gouda and Edam to white, blue and hard cheeses including Skeapsrond, a creamy organic sheep’s milk variety from the Dikhoeve farm outside Amsterdam. Cheeses can be paired with fine wines and a selection of beers, plus you can order from the charcuterie.
