This is a Centro Comercial, not a shopping Center! It doesn’t open until noon (closes at 8pm), but this collection of small shops and restaurants on the gallery-thronged Rua da Bombarda is heaven for shoppers looking for boutiques crammed with goods from homegrown designers. Closes on Sundays.
