Fresh Fresh Cafe has tons of smoothies and a large food selection, with vegetarian and vegan options at reasonable prices. They have a nice outdoor seating area from which you can work. Cash only. If you are looking for good coffee, I suggest you go to Vagamundo instead though.

Fresh Fresh Cafe has two locations. Sosua and Cabarete. Great breakfast options. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
