This hit New York falafel chain from chef Einat Admony brings D.C. its first location outside of Manhattan. The fast-casual, all-veggie menu features two flavors of chickpea fritters (green and harissa-red) along with shawarma-spiced cauliflower, fried eggplant sabich pitas, and a rainbow-colored meze selection. Fresh, colorful platters. Unfortunately Georgetown location closed a few years ago but DuPont Circle location on Connecticut Ave NW is open.
