Really friendly and laid-back cafe in one of Cardiff's Victorian arcades opposite the castle, this is my favourite Welsh rarebit in Cardiff.

Gorgeous gifts and flowers in this shop and it has a nice coffee shop tucked away out the back and patio garden.
