This restaurant/bakery is a wonderful home away from home with classic American fare. Crisp Waffles, scrambles, and home fries at brunch (try the cheese puff) and burgers, shakes, and salads later on.

Old style Berkeley diner-cafe- fab pastries- The original Alice Water's edible school yard is a pleasant stroll away at the ML K middle school-open to the public on week ends & school holidays
