Right next door to the Stewart House River Grill is the Athens town dock, and that is where the Hudson Ferry can pick you up for a beaufiful boatride across the Hudson River. The ride is short, but you will wish it was longer, and it is a beautiful alternative to driving into Hudson for dinner, shopping or sightseeing. The ferry runs every Friday and Saturday evening from 5-10pm during the summer months.
