My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Naturspielplatz sowie eine sonnige Terasse, die zum Grillen und Verweilen einlädt. Die naheliegende Badestelle am Teupitzer See ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) sind schnell zu erreichen. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Ferienwohnung Sky Lounge direkt am See

Die Ferienwohnung Sky Lounge befindet sich in einem Haus direkt am TeupitzSee. Es bietet sich ein fantastischer Blick darauf. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Teupitz liegt direkt an der Autobahn und somit sehr verkehrsgünstig, um schnell nach Berlin oder in den Spreewald zu fahren. Auch mit Bahn und Bus ist die Fewo zu erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine Terrasse am Wasser mit Sitzgruppe, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirmen, Ruderboot und ein Spieleraum mit Billard.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.
