Come to Berlin and enjoy your stay in our cozy apartment in a classic Berlin-style building. Our apartment offers three large rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms in a quiet, convenient location. Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
