Newly refurbished self contained guest apartment in a waterside setting with views of the river Exe and beyond toward the Riverside Valley Park and Haldon Forest. The property has a private entrance and free on street parking. It has a king size bedroom with en suite shower & seperate WC. The lounge area has a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. There are beautiful river walks from outside the property. The Cathedral city of Exeter is a walk along the river and boasts many shops and restaurants.

This charming property, nestled by the picturesque Brixham Harbour and a dog friendly park, we offer a perfect blend of coastal tranquillity and vibrant town life. With views of the marina, guests can unwind in the sunny courtyard or stroll to the nearby Furzeham Green for a leisurely afternoon. Penrose is on 2 floors with easy access for drop off luggage and then parking close by. We promise it will be a delightful stay.

Apartment 2 is a spacious and light first floor apartment with a large lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, with a separate bathroom and en-suite. There is ample space to socialise and the window seat has gorgeous views across Torquay. The second bedroom has a SuperKing bed which can be split in to a twin bed, so perfect for 2 couples or a family. Dog friendly. Please note from mid-July til end of August we have a minimum stay of 3 days.
