My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Wir sind gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten eine komplette, offene Wohnküche mit separatem Essbereich, einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, perfekt für 2 Personen sowie ein modernes Duschbad. Aufbettung möglich. Eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit ist nicht vorhanden.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. Directly located at a well known bike trail and lake Gorinsee. With a train connection to Berlin (40mins). The guest house is part of a newly restored building from the 19th century (Silk weaver house). The house is a mezzanine with a double bed on the upper floor. The rezde chaussee is light flooded with big windows. It has a small kitchenette and wooden flooring. The steep stair leads to the bedroom with a ceiling window and sky view.

Unser gemütliches Wochenendgrundstück lädt Sie zu einem herrlich entspannten Urlaub ein. Ein privater Steg mit Seezugang sowie Wald und Wiese liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Auf 1000 qm Grundstück können Sie die Natur vollkommen alleine genießen. Beobachten Sie Sonnenauf- und –untergänge in der Kanzel auf dem Steg. Ruderboote können in der Nähe in der Saison ausgeliehen werden. Auch Angeln ist am Rahmersee mit Angelkarte möglich.

Wir bieten einen kleinen gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Bungalow mit Garten für max. 2 Personen an. Der Bungalow verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,40 m breit) und hat im Wohnzimmer eine Couch wo eine weitere Person schlafen könnte. Der Bungalow liegt in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung am Stadtrand von Berlin. Der Nachbar betreibt eine Landwirtschaft und hat Schafe und Federvieh (die sind leider früh wach).

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Only 7 minutes away are the Olympic Stadium and the exhibition centre, and only 10 minutes away is the Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's famous shopping mile, as well as the Kantstraße with some of the best restaurants in the city.
