Welcome to Santiago, a tranquil town nestled along the southwest shore of Lake Atitlán. This stone cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden with Volcán San Pedro rising up directly across the lake. Have your morning coffee on the front patio or relax in the hammock. Have a barbecue or make a fire in the outdoor stone oven/fireplace or relax at sunset on the brand new mirador. Make use of the shared community facilities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and access to kayaks and canoes.

Surrounded by coffee plants, banana trees and other tropical plants, this space is a veritable paradise. To access the cabin there are many steps, it is recommended that if you go out to the terrace, you bring the keys because if the door is seen you will be left outside.

Our eco-cabin was entirely built from local, natural, and recycled materials and is located in a private neighborhood in the corner of Santiago Bay. Surrounded by forest, the lake and coffee plantations, it is a perfect spot for nature lovers and bird watchers.
