Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. The apartment offers easy proximity to a larger town with the charm and tranquility of a peaceful village

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Koren Farm is a beautiful large modern three storey farmhouse surrounded by meadows,trees and gardens.The Apartment for guests is housed in the 3rd storey of the farmhouse.The house comprises of 1 single room, 2 double bedrooms,1 living room with a double bed and sofa ,Kitchen/Dining Room,family bathroom with a bad and shower,2 balconies with furniture and a further stone BBQ.There is a TV and secure internet connection.The rooms are large modern and clean and include all bed linen and towels

The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The apartment is located in a mountain village Stržišče. The place offers you peace and rest in a small village in the midst of unspoiled nature with numerous walking or mountain paths (mountain Črna prst 1844 m) We are close to all the sights you would want to visit in this area. There are no additional payments at the accommodation, everything (including tourist tax, use of the washing machine) is included in the price.
