The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
