We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

The cottage is a charming space that has a warm homely feel, with underfloor heating. It is located just 20 minutes walk away from the heart of St Ives, away from the hustle and bustle. Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
