Das Sofa verfügt über eine Schlaffunktion. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung verfügt desweiteren über einen Außenbereich mit Sitzlounge. Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. When you exit the apartment's back door you step out on a small terrace that leads to a peaceful garden. The parking in front of the house is free. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lu we have the apartment Lea that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it could be possible to reserve the other one.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
