The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

This spacious 1 bedroom annex offers flexible accommodation for a couple or a family. The property has private access. It is attached to the owner’s home and is well positioned in a small hamlet, half a mile from the very charming village of Noss Mayo. Within short walking distance from the south west coastal path, 2 village pubs and the creek. The open plan bedroom has a king size bed, a single bed and a small double sofa bed. There is a galley style kitchen which is well equipped.

It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
