Apartment "La Rosciola", in the Farmhouse Fontanelle, is a beautiful 1-bdr apartment with bathroom, living room and fully-equipped kitchenette. Very panoramic views of the surrounding countrside (oak woods, valley, olive trees). Infinity pool overlooking the valley. Fireplace, small private outside space, elegantly furnished. Air conditioning + wifi. This house in the hills is divided into 5 apartments. The pool is usually open until end of May to 15/30 September (contact us for exact dates).

Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. There's everything you need to be comfortable, including two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and unlimited fibre internet. Views across the old city, plenty of natural light all day, central heating and everything sparkling clean. Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
