Cherry Trees cabins are located on the Northern edge of the Lake District NP with panoramic views of the nearby fells to the West, the solway coast and Scotland to the North and the Pennines Located on the edge of a traditional hay meadow and facing the nearby fells they form part of small campsite with only 10 camping pitches and the two cabins all in a 6 acre field, the cabins occupying the prime location. The Paddock, Ullswater

The Paddock is a detached cottage located in the heart of the National Park. The property sits in the Ullswater valley in the village of Watermillock and boasts views of the lake from its private balcony. It has a spacious garden equipped with a tyre swing and a driveway to accommodate a number of vehicles. You can walk to local pubs, the lake, the local camp shop, Pooley Bridge and Aira Force. In the evenings, dine in our open plan kitchen diner and then relax on the balcony or in the lounge.

The cabin sits close to and above the river Eden, with stunning views and the chance to have total time out to relax or explore. Nestled in the Eden valley, it is very close to explore the Lake District or the Pennines and not far from the Scottish border. Transport is easy, 5 minutes from jct 40 at Penrith, on the A686. 1.5 hours from Newcastle and a 10 min walk from the Carlisle/Settle/Leeds station line.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The Coach House is an eighteenth century building at the heart of the village of Hesket Newmarket. The village has a famous community pub, the Old Crown, a shop and a brewery and is a great base for exploring the northern fells or as a stop on the Cumbria Way. The Coach House has been a moot hall, a musical instrument workshop and a garage. It became a house in the 1980s and was restored in 2023 to make a comfortable holiday home.
