Welcome to our fun, colorful animal focused little cottage that always has a Christmas tree! Sit on your porch and feed the alpaca’s over the rail! Or dance inside under the lights of the disco ball. Watch the sun rise from the porch swing. End the day under the twinkling lights in the hot tub. While you may feel 1,000 miles away...it's a short drive to shopping, wineries, Old Town Manassas, Shenandoah Mountains, 2 Silos, DC can be a day trip. Luray Caverns can be a day trip. So many choices!

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Enjoy our waterfront home styled after historic bay lighthouses. Relax by the water in a hammock under the tall pines. Gather with family and friends around the fire pit. Take in the beautiful water sights while paddling in a kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. Laugh with family and friends while playing corn hole, croquet, or bocce ball waterside. Photograph abundant wildlife - bald eagles, blue herons, osprey, deer, turkey and numerous waterfowl. Dine on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

Our 3 bed/2 full bath+loft house sits in the woods surrounding a beautiful freshwater lake in a neighborhood on the stunning Potomac River! Come enjoy the nearby attractions or simply do nothing at all! We have kayaks/boats for your use right off the private dock. The community has 3 beaches: a private sandy lake beach with a swimming dock, a river-front sandy beach with 15 million+ old shark teeth, and a fossil cliff beach. Fishing! Hot tub on the patio! Bald eagle sightings! Theater Room!
