Bright, Family-Friendly Home in Brightwood

Fix breakfast in an open kitchen with granite surfaces and dine at a traditional wood table washed in natural light. With its charming decor, modern furnishings, and children’s play area, this family-friendly home boasts a warm, jovial atmosphere. Need a place to isolate? Enjoy the fenced-in back yard with outdoor dining under the shaded pergola wile the kids play on the play structure. This standalone home, built in 1937, has been completely renovated on the inside — combining modern amenities and elegance and kid-friendly amenities on the inside while maintaining the charm of this historic neighborhood. The whole house and yard will be yours. You'll also get 2 parking spaces, one space in the back, one on the street in front of the house, by using our visitors pass, additional free 24 hr parking is available 1 block away. We're also a 15-minute walk to the Takoma Metro Station on the Metro's Red Line, or a 10-minute bus ride to the Georgia Ave. Metro Station on the Green and Yellow lines (with service to Reagan National Airport). D.C. is also bicycle-friendly; you'll find a map of bicycle trails in the apartment if you brought a bike, or you can rent a bicycle from a block away from our house. You'll be able to park 2 cars right at the house. On week days, additional cars will need to be parked on the next block, where street parking is open and does not require a permit. Cozy private room in Annapolis home

Come enjoy a furnished cozy cottage in sought after Historic Annapolis, Maryland. ..the sailing capital of the east coast. Accommodations are simple with open decking and private entrance to bedroom area. A trundle day bed makes into two twins or double bed with little room to spare.A single bath will be shared along with kitchen privileges. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with no need for a car. Although parking is in front of the house if you do have a car. A walking path and biking trail run throughout the area. There is easy public transportation(trolley) to downtown and harbor area. You also may choose to walk to the nearby Historic area downtown and the Naval Academy Stadium and yard. Within walking distance there are restaurants and shopping with something in mind for everyone. Enjoy Annapolis at your leisure being adventurous or relaxed. You are welcome to my home with a lovely deck outside your room and Odin(young,nosey, English Cream Golden Retriever) to enjoy. We always look forward to meeting new guests. DC Wharf, Anthem, National Mall & three Metro stations are within a 10-minute walk. The first floor is all yours. Very private. Your bathroom is stocked with amenities. Always fresh towels, clean sheets on a queen-size bed. Closets, wifi, laundry, courtyard view. Full access to the living room, dining room & kitchen on the second floor. We live on the third floor. Start the day with a fresh-ground coffee and a homemade breakfast. Happy to adjust to personal preferences and dietary restrictions.

Bright & Cozy Guest Suite with Private Kitchen

A serene + lovely getaway to commune with nature, less than 20 miles south of DC. A beautiful world awaits you in this forest home of instrument makers. The home sits on 11 bucolic acres shared with a large hummingbird population, as well as other magical beings to sing you to sleep at night. The White Oak Cabin

This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night).

The Perfect View Virginia

The Perfect View is located on the Beautiful Rappahannock River with the most gorgeous Sunsets in the Northern Neck. I provide a pier, fishing fear, kayaks,and you can swim in the water. I also have a Brute Magnet to treasure hunt on the river bottom. There is a rental fee and waiver to sign. I'm a Chef and provide breakfast &Dinner for an additional cost. You will have a frig and a grill as well. You catch em ! I'll clean em and cook them! I also steam crabs on sight during season.

Comfortable bdrm in 110+ yr old home w/large desk

Our home is in a great DC neighborhood min. from Tenleytown/AU Red Line metro stop. You can easily walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, CVS, and many other shops and eateries along with American University's main campus within 10 min. AU Law School is a 5 min walk and downtown DC is a 15 min metro ride. You’ll love our home w/its fabulous kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, warm atmosphere, and amazing front porch and deck. Included is a wonderful breakfast for you to start your day.

Enjoy the Summer/fall in our quiet private bedroom suite with full bed, private bathroom, shower and cable TV in Historic Old Town Alexandria. Our townhouse is in a quiet residential area close to historic sites, parkland, jogging trails, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Welcome to Falling Creek, conveniently located less than 3 miles from I95. Less than an hour drive from D.C. and only 10 - 15 min from Quantico and Downtown Fredericksburg. Large private room 13x13 in row house . Provides queen bed, desk and 46in LED TV with Roku, Hulu and Amazon Prime, ceiling fan, locking door. Bath is shared with owner. Situated in Petworth near Catholic University, Washington Hospital, Columbia Heights and Lincoln Cottage. Metro is less than a mile .9 or a 15 min walk. Bus also runs by the house 1 block away.
