Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Welcome to our Shepherd's Hut plonked on our little smallholding next to our much loved home. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area. The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Rural Farm Retreat

Reconnect with nature at our peaceful 3-bedroom caravan on Northcote Manor Farm, a smallholding reached via a private 600m lane in West Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Enjoy far-reaching views to Exmoor from the decking, complete with outdoor seating. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twin), with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, shower room and separate WC. Peace is only interrupted by resident donkeys Teabag, Woolly & Dave and the occasional visit from our free-range chickens.

Melrose Cottage: Gateway to Dartmoor National Park

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!
