Perfectly located just off the A30 in the heart of Devon An ideal place to stop and explore. Situated on the edge of Dartmoor. Easy reach to local beaches, cycle paths or exploring deep gorges. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. We believe it is great value for money, hosting up to 6 people . The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Garden Barn

Relax and unwind in this peaceful hide-away in a picturesque village in rural Devon, close to Dartmoor and 10 mins from the A30, with North Devon and Exmoor in easy reach. The Garden Barn is a completely separate and private annex situated across the courtyard from the main house, with private garden and BBQ. Guests are also welcome to explore the extensive gardens, wildlife meadow and stream. We would love to welcome you to our hidden gem to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place.

Dog Friendly Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Rustic Cabin - Hot Tub & Exmoor Views

Escape to “Midge,” a secluded Nordic cabin for two in rural Devon. Set on a 10-acre estate with woods and meadows, this cozy hideaway features a wood-fired hot tub under the stars, a crackling wood-burning stove, and panoramic Exmoor countryside views. Reconnect with nature and each other – no TV, just sunsets, starlight, and birdsong. Luxury linens, eco toiletries, and a private patio ensure a romantic retreat to remember (and yes, your well-behaved dog is welcome!).

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Rural Farm Retreat

Reconnect with nature at our peaceful 3-bedroom caravan on Northcote Manor Farm, a smallholding reached via a private 600m lane in West Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor. Enjoy far-reaching views to Exmoor from the decking, complete with outdoor seating. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 2 twin), with equipped kitchen, lounge, TV, shower room and separate WC. Peace is only interrupted by resident donkeys Teabag, Woolly & Dave and the occasional visit from our free-range chickens.

Melrose Cottage: Gateway to Dartmoor National Park

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!

Barn with Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Underfloor Heating

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age
