Huoneisto soveltuu hyvin pientä ylellisyyttä kaipaavalle, työmatkan rauhalliseksi etätyöpisteeksi. Aarno1 on sijainniltaan loistava kun matkustaa E8-tietä ja kaikki kylän palvelut ovat käytettävissä.
