What a wonderful time we had. Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful setting. The house had a lovely homely feel and we settled in immediately. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. Everything we needed was catered for and the sunset views are not to be missed. Would highly recommend a stay

Hannah's place is beautiful - clean and clutter-free, whilst still feeling like a home. They have thought of absolutely everything! The kitchen is so well-equipped, there is a huge selection of games, a washer/dryer and clothes airer are provided... Everything you could want and more! The property itself is spacious and the garden is stunning - and the private parking space is a real win! The village of Boscastle is picture-perfect, with some lovely cafés and shops. It's the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Thank you for hosting us - we had an amazing stay!

The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Wow! This is one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in - such an amazing location! The views out to sea are just incredible. Really well stocked house, with lovely linen and toiletries. Felt like a home from home as soon as we walked in. Cawsand and the surrounding area is beautiful with great walks from the door and welcoming local pubs. We'll be back I have no doubt.

A wonderful house to stay in, me and my friends had the best time! The house was immaculate and Alex was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, with lots of useful information cards/books in the house too!

4 couples, had a great weekend at Eider Cottage. Only one parking place allocated, but plenty of visitor places nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We kicked off our shoes and completely relaxed. Being directly on the lake was wonderful and we enjoyed using the Kayaks to explore the other side. Saw many varieties of birds. The Spa is a short walk away. We booked the day before, and had a lovely time using the 3 pools. We did a lot of walking around the beautiful lakes and 2 of us brought their bikes. The on site Property Managers, Liam & Pete were on hand and had excellent communications. We would highly recommend Eider Cottage and hope to return to Lower Mill Estate in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends celebrating some big birthdays. The house was stunning and spotless. We had great fun on the lake each day and enjoyed some lovely walks and meals out at local restaurants. Beautiful scenery from the decking, bedrooms and hot tub! James was very communicative and helpful and there were some lovely birthday surprises left for us. A really special break, we’ll definitely be back.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

A perfect holiday home. Attention to detail was fantastic. Kitchen fully equipped even had a cocktail shaker! Comfortable beds and sofa. Log fire was amazing! Logs supplied which was a bonus Loved the bar and pool table! Would highly recommend and return:)

Banc-yr-Eithin is a magical place! We felt at peace surrounded by nature, from waking up to birdsong, to watching the birds on the feeders, to going for a walk in the surrounding area without even having to get the car out. The facilities are incredible: we made use of the portable BBQ, swimming lake with a deck and mat for yoga, double kayak, games room (table tennis was our favourite!) and the sauna. The local guide which you get sent after booking is incredibly helpful; there is no end to places to go and walks to do in the local area! We had such an incredible memorable stay :)

What a true gem of a place! We haven’t stayed in such a perfect air bnb before! I cannot fault it. Beyond amenable and so thoughtful. Especially with our 2 year old who truly had the best time at the piglet! She can’t stop talking about staying “at the piglet”. Lucy was fab and her recommendations were spot on. We changed all our plans to fit the recommendations and truly I can say I think this is the best short stay we’ve ever had. Food, stay, and activities. I couldn’t recommend this enough!!!

We loved staying at Greenlands Barn. the cottage was beautifully laid out and was warm and comfortable, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to enjoy the local area and to go on the West Somerset Steam railway. We saw a kingfisher and enjoyed a beautiful paddle up the river in the canoe. This Air b n b is highly recommended and other family members are interested in booking. Thank you Sarah

Deborah was an excellent host - incredibly responsive and helpful. She even lent us bikes to ride. The house is well stocked, wonderful for a family. And the garden is extremely peaceful. We loved our stay.

We had a cosy, comfortable stay at The Walkers Rest, with stunning views right from the windows. We made good use of the provided map for a beautiful hike around the local area, spotting plenty of spring lambs along the way. A late request to Angharad for use of the sauna was kindly accommodated, and it turned out to be the perfect final touch to our stay. The sauna features large windows so you can soak in the mountain views and we even heard owls calling in the evening! We’ll definitely be returning!

What a fabulous experience. From the moment of booking through to arrival and check in and during an all too brief stay, everything was catered for. For my friend and I it was the perfect start to a short bank holiday break after a very busy period of traveling at home and abroad. I have stayed in a good few AB&B places, but Allison's offering is bang on point. She has catered to every need so completely. Amazing.

Such a beautiful stay. The lake is very well stocked, wasnt short of catching. Fish were very clean and active.

This is the second time we stayed at Rachels place, it's such a lovely quiet place to stay. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Rachel is a very attentive host, one day the power went out in a local town and she came to check on us, despite the weather being awful. Rachel is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit. Thank you for having us! We hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely cosy cabin, Abi was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Unfortunately a massive storm cut our trip short but the lovely living space, log burner and spacious bathroom really made the cabin a lovely place to stay. The kitchen and bedroom combo was snug but exactly as described and had everything we needed for a short break for 2. We picked the location for Nancarrow Farm and The Tartan Fox so it was ideally located for us. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

The cabin was just delightful, airy, comfortable, beautifully designed with impressive attention to detail in furnishings & fixtures. Just loved it & Leanne was really welcoming & so helpful. Fantastic destination & host!

Stayed for 3 nights in the cabin. Hosts Rob & Corin were very friendly & helpful. The cabin is in a private garden, which is beautifully maintained, peaceful, with great views. The cabin has everything you need for a fabulous break, lovely log fire & the hot tub makes it extra special, so relaxing just watching the birds on the feeder& listening to the cows & sheep in the local fields. Will definitely return & will recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Cabin and its surrounding small orchard. We were able to pitch our Bell tent for extra family next to the cabin which was perfect. Lovely Peaceful location and really well set up. Great supply of wood for the fire. Cabin was cosy and clean. Toilet was fab (best compost loo I’ve used and have used a lot!) Short walk to showers (which were lovely and warm) and a sink we could wash up in on the small campsite on the farm. Kids adored the hammock. Great location on the Lizard. Only thing I can think to mention is that there is no cool box so if wanting to keep food cold best to bring your own, we bought a bag of ice from the local shop to keep things cold in ours. We will definitely be back!

Had a amazing time at the Helford hideaway this last weekend, such a cute cabin , so cosy, calming, has everything you need , perfect and safe for our dog to , a beautiful area lots of places to visit, lots of beautiful walks to, Louise was very welcoming and responsive in communication, gave good directions to the cabin, would highly recommend the Helford hideaway

We stayed for a few days at this charming little cabin, and found a great place to stay. A short walk to bars and restaurants of Totnes and close enough to the moors for some exploring. We would be happy to stay here again.
