CasAdrian welcomes you with a one bedroom house, fully equipped to provide a comfortable & enjoyable stay. The property features spacious area including a living room, dining room, kitchen, & pool area. Bedroom has AC & en-suite bathroom. So many groceries and restaurants around. Nb: 3 nights minimum stay are already included general cleaning upon check in & check out time. One week minimum stay will get extra cleaning one time during the stay. Monthly stay will get cleaning service 2x a week

Your room includes a private bathroom, king size bed, AC, daybed (which can be made up into a second bed for an additional charge), mini fridge, kettle, outside seating as well as a poolside sitting area. This listing is for the downstairs room only. The upstairs cottage is rented separately. Note this room is located roadside so subject to street noise.
